Hi, I am an affiliate of the spider web marketing system and although it is FREE program that generates income for you without having to lift a finger, I want to show you how I market the program myself so that you can apply it to this program and any other program of your choice. I want to show you how I market affiliate programs because it works for me, but more importantly because I am fed up with gurus and super affiliates who claim to have made ridiculous sums of money almost magically but who always seem to remain evasive on how it is done. You can, if you choose just wait and see to find out whether I succeed or fail or you can join the program and apply the techniques I use for your own benefit. It is totally FREE to join and as I said, it will generate your income automatically, but I have heard this before and will not take any chances.

Marketing to Groups is a waste of Time

Don't you believe it. It's not true. Although you will get much lower results than any of the methods I have mentioned before, you have to market to groups because you need to increase your audience. Besides if you stick to certain rules, you are likely to do better.

Groups are Communities

Some people try to join hundreds and maybe even thousands of groups in the hope of increasing their audience and because they can post mails at once via yahoo or gmail, but this is exactly why a lot of people claim that posting to groups do not work. Sending mail to a bunch of uninterested people will never work so don't waste you time or fill up your mail box in the process.

Rather you should try to find groups which fit the topic you are going to mail. This way you are most likely to get more results.

Email Tactics - Reminder about Style, Topics and Headlines

In my last blog I touched upon topics and headlines. The same basics apply. So send the same mail again and again and try to write in different angles. I touched upon colours and formats as well and although I am not going to claim that I am an expert, I have studied which works best for me and have conveyed the same to you. What I know is extremely basic so you can quickly go over my last blog without any difficulty.

Reminder about which mail accounts to use

You will receive tons of mail once you join safelists and groups so obviously you will need a separate account from your contact mail and yahoo and gmail are best choices.

You might recall that in an earlier blog I suggested using yahoo email to post to groups regardless of whether you join yahoo groups or google groups or any other and use your gmail account for the safelists, which I touched upon in my last blog. There is a very good reason to do this. The yahoo mail supports rich text and looks good when posting to groups. On the other hand yahoo mail is not liked by safelists but gmail is.

Joining Groups

Joining Groups is extremely easy. You can do this through your email accounts with yahoo and google. You can search for the communities that matches what you have to say and your products best and then you can join. Some of them are only forum based. Forums are great to work with and will help in reaching your target of 100 sign ups a week, but as mentioned before I am not a keen participator. If you are like me, check which groups allow you to post. Also read the terms because the last thing you want to do is get suspended immediately after signing up. Most of them have referral programs, but I think I want you to join the communities that matches your needs rather than what I have. So I am not referring in this case.
