Although you can't expect a great deal overnight, a blog is nevertheless a very useful method of marketing your affiliate programs. A simple and honest review can do a great deal to get to people to join under you in almost program and it must be added that it is not limited to reviews.
Promoting Your Blog
I am going to show you how to promote your blogs too, so it is definitely worth while setting up one, but because I want to touch up on so many topics and hope to describe each and every program separately, you will need to bear with me. Nevertheless since marketing of a blog is so essential, you might note that I have withheld marketing this blog because I want to show you how I do it. Although I cannot claim to be in the top 10 of every key word in every good search engine, I obtain top 10 results using my method of marketing and even No. 1 results too. A Good Blog Platform
As you can see, I am using blogger as my blog platform. It is absolutely FREE and it works quite well for me. However, many other people use Wordpress and although I do too, and even though Word Press has many features such as useful plugins that blogger does not have, my personal favourite is blogger because it seems to be preferred by the search engines. Some of the great word press plugins are super attractive templates, language translation, social book marketing, auto pinging etc. So I am sure many would argue with me about this topic and would claim wordpress to be superior, but I would rather not like to get into this topic because it is not the theme of my blog. My blog is about how to promote affiliate programs and I am aim to show you how I progress with an affiliate program that i have just joined. Monetizing Your Blog
You can monetize your blog simply by joining adsense or other similar program. So people who are not interested in what you have to say will at least have other options which might interest them. You have to adhere to certain rules, but basically you cannot cheat.
One of the core streams of income in the the affiliate program that I have joined is adsense and you can if you want join adsense via this program. It is totally FREE and will show you how to build your income via your blog. If you choose not to join the affiliate program at this stage, no problem, because I hope I still have a lot to say that will be of benefit to you.
